Job Opening: Research AnalystThis position provides research support to the Institute of Public Policy, University of Missouri with specific responsibilities related to the Institute’s grants-related research, including evaluation research for state and local governments and non-profit organizations. Position requires a graduate degree in public health, public affairs, economics, sociology, political science or related field. Experience and interest in evaluation research, public health, economic development or other public policy issues is desirable. The successful candidate will work in a team environment with faculty, Institute staff and agency personnel on applied research projects. Research activities include the writing of proposals, data collection and analysis, project management, and the writing of reports for clients and for web-publication. The successful applicant will have excellent oral and writing skills, problem solving capability, and a background in quantitative or qualitative research methods. Experience preferred.
