Fire Service Leadership Enhancement Program

The Fire Service program is the only one in Missouri dedicated to developing the next cohort of leaders in fire and emergency services. The 72 hour training course helps fire officers develop skills they need as they advance or begin in leadership positions in the organization. The program is jointly sponsored by the Fire and Rescue Training Institute and the Truman School of Public Affairs.
